 Nana LaFleur began her career in aesthetics 25 years ago studying with renowned European aesthetician Svetlana Romanova. Nana’s aesthetics career has been supported and enhanced by her nursing degree completed in Yerevan, Armenia. Throughout Nana's career in medical and non medical aesthetics, she has trained and worked along top physicians in the area - enhancing her techniques and allowing Nana to truly customize treatments and services to meet her clients skincare needs.

Nana relocated to the United States in 1992, where she went on to continue her training obtaining a license in aesthetics and cosmetology. She spent her career servicing upscale salons and medical spas. Nana is trained in laser, microneedling, radio frequency, HydraFacial, and plasma pen. She specializes in anti-aging treatments for the face and body. Nana holds several advanced certifications in medical and non medical modalities.

Dr. Halliday is board certified by The American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.  Under this board he is also board certified and has specialized in facial plastic surgery including aging face and facelift surgery, neck tightening, eyelid surgery, brow surgery, facial liposuction, and skin care and skin cancer.  He has a special interest in nasal reconstructive surgery including septoplasty and rhinoplasty. 

Dr. Halliday has been a leading facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the Syracuse and Fingerlakes area for over 25 years.  He has performed over 3000 face lift surgeries and has a thorough understanding of facial anatomy.  He has published articles and been involved in many presentations regarding the face, head and neck.  His concept is to restore the facial appearance so that the face reveals a non-operated look and looks natural.

As a mother to three beautiful daughters, Heather's path has been defined by compassion, creativity, and a constant pursuit of growth.

Heather's career in women’s health began in 1999, diving into the world of cosmetology, becoming a certified cosmetologist in 2000. This decision marked the start of a lifelong journey in beauty and aesthetics, enriched by education at Madison-Oneida BOCES and the Phillips Hairstyling Institute of Syracuse, NY. Over the years, Heather developed a particular expertise in BABE Hair Extensions, mastering techniques like Sewn In and Fusion.

Driven by a deep desire to care for others in a more holistic way, Heather embarked on a path to nursing, earning an Associate's Degree from MVCC in 2009, followed by a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Poly Tech in 2021. Heather completed her Master's Degree as an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at SUNY Upstate in 2024. 

In addition to Heather's work in cosmetology and nursing, she pursued aesthetic medical education, including Basic and Advanced BOTOX Medical Training. These skills are complemented by certifications in Lanza Education, and Redken Education, underscoring her commitment to offering comprehensive care and beauty solutions.
