Encourage Seeking Help: If you suspect a veteran is struggling, encourage them to seek professional help. Many veterans might be hesitant to reach out, so your encouragement can make a difference.
Be Patient: Recovery and healing take time. Be patient and understanding as veterans work through their challenges.
