4. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at spicyindigos@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service.
5. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
If the original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued.
6. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will provide instructions for a return or replacement.
